What is an AI-native services firm?
An AI-native services firm, also called an AI-native services company, delivers the outcome itself rather than selling software that helps someone else deliver it. What does an AI-native services firm actually do differently?
MarsLab builds AI systems that become the operating layer of a business rather than a feature bolted onto existing software. In practice that means four things: a transformation roadmap, custom systems built around how the business already works, the secure infrastructure underneath, and engineers embedded with the client's own team.
How long does it take to go from AI strategy to production?
