An AI-native services firm — also called an AI-native services company — delivers the outcome itself rather than selling software that helps someone else deliver it. The distinction is ownership of the work: a SaaS vendor ships a tool and leaves the operating problem with the customer; an AI-native services firm takes the operating problem.
